Terms of Use

Effective July 6, 2026

1. What you're getting

RepairMath provides informational estimates and educational content about vehicle repair pricing. Estimates are modeled ranges — they are not quotes, appraisals, or offers, and no shop is obligated to honor them.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is mechanical, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. Vehicles differ, regions differ, and diagnoses require inspection by a qualified technician. Decisions about repairs — including whether, where, and at what price — are yours.

3. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep the model current (see the methodology, including its stated limits and data vintage) but provide the site "as is," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Prices in your market may differ from our ranges.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepairMath and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its estimates — including repair outcomes, prices paid, or disputes with shops. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape at volumes that degrade the service, misrepresent our estimates as binding quotes, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission and attribution. Reasonable quoting with a link is welcome.

6. Submissions

Quote data and corrections you send us may be used to improve the site's estimates, in aggregate and without identifying you. Don't send information you lack the right to share.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes get a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes is acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
